First, you need to cut the paneer lengthwise. Now sprinkle the ginger garlic paste, red pepper, cilantro, chaat masala and salt over the paneer and mix lightly and marinate for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare a fine paste by mixing together all-purpose flour, cornstarch, black pepper, chili flakes, oregano and salt. Take the pieces of paneer and coat them one by one with all-purpose flour then dip them in the batter. Take these pieces and fry them. Garnish with a little cheese and serve!
