Recipe box brand Mindful Chef has teamed up with the charity Diabetes UK to create a range of nutritionist-approved recipes designed for people with type 2 diabetes or at risk of developing it.
Mindful Chef worked with the charity for six months to plan the recipe options, which come with clear nutrition labelling, including carbohydrate amounts, to also help people with type 1 diabetes who matter. their carbohydrates. Menu highlights include turkey with creamy pesto and spinach penne and eggplant parmigiana with a balsamic mixed salad – which are also gluten and dairy free.
The brand has also tweaked some of its most popular recipes specifically to help people manage their diabetes.
Mindful Chef x Diabetes UK options will be available from this month.
