Easy Pumpkin Fireball Pie Recipe: Takes Like Heaven Without The Burn | Pies

Ingredients


  • 1 can (15 ounces) pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup (8 ounces) evaporated milk
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  • 3 ounces of Fireball whiskey
  • 1 unbaked 9 inch deep pie shell


Here’s how to do it:


  1. Put all the ingredients for the filling in a bowl. Whisk to combine. Pour into pie crust.
  2. Bake in preheated 375 degree F oven for about 50-60 minutes or until set. Remove and let cool to room temperature before refrigerating to cool completely.
