Add the cumin seeds to the heated oil in the pan. Add the onion paste and continue to sauté. Add tomato paste, ginger and garlic paste and continue cooking. Mix some water. Add the salt, red pepper flakes, turmeric and garam masala, then simmer the mixture for 10 minutes. Now add the omelet pieces and cook. Garnish with cilantro and serve!
