Heat a frying pan and add the chicken pieces; let them cook. Now add chicken broth and add other vegetables like carrots, beans, corn with salsa, red chili powder and salt and pepper. Let boil. In the meantime, take another pan and add the onions and garlic to it. Add rice and lightly toast it. Take it and mix it with the broth. Let the rice cook. Once done, top with cheese and enjoy!
