  • 4 pounds seedless grapes (red and green), washed, dried and stemmed
  • 3 cans (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
  • 2 1/2 cups sour cream
  • 1 1/4 cups Granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecan nuts
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar (optional)
