All right, listen to yourself a lot. A TikToker has replicated Macca’s famous McMuffin at home, so now might be the perfect time to beef up (sorry) your collection of Sunday morning recipes.
Creator AussieFitness is the official conspirator behind this weapon of a McMuffin dish. It really is the perfect snack for those times when there’s nothing in your belly but vodka and regret.
This is my situation more than I care to admit, but this article is about the McMuffin, not the McMe.
As a bonus, it also claims that it is healthy, high in protein and low in calories. Well, I guess when you compare it to the millions of calories of beveraginos you consumed the night before, it’s all a step up.
The McMuffin recipe calls for a good chunk of ground meat (turkey, beef or vegan if you’re from Melbourne like me).
This is followed by a dusting (read: dumping) of spices, including garlic powder, onion powder and all-purpose seasoning – the strongest of all seasonings. Really knows what he wants in life.
A few magical steps later and you have a McMuffin AKA the ultimate cure for a whole host of ailments. Mainly, for moaning in bed because your head regrets what the rest of your body did to it last night. This old chestnut tree.
This is certainly not the first time Macca’s has made the news recently for one reason or another.
Last week he unleashed a McFlurry creme brulee and pie that made us want to release the cream in our fkn jeans. Sorry, that was very visual.
The loose unit then began tossing $1 McChicken burgs to celebrate their undeniable middle-child energy on the Golden Arches menu.
Finally, to take the cake, a dead girl climbed into the drive-thru window of a Macca to make her own food after the staff refused her.
It works well in the hospital! ?
